About the Job

Tabibi 247 is a medical service provider providing pediatric and family medicine. Our call center operates at the highest level of professionalism and around the clock. We are seeking call center agents with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.nbsp



Job contentnbsp

• Answer calls mails messages from the contact center as the first point of contact for customerspatients scheduling consultation


• Develop first opinion on case to either recommend hospital admission or prepare a previsit report for the doctor


• Develop and execute customer loyalty programs e.g. mailings


• Manage patient database and internal medical data and IT systems


• Perform case documentation and monitoringnbsp


• Participate in customer communication and satisfaction programsnbsp
