Job Description Room Operator [Animator] Report To: Operations Manager Working Hours: 01:00 PM – 12:00 mid-night Working Days: 6 Working Days/Week Job Requirements: Room Operator is a core job to Mind Arena as you will be responsible for more than 70% of the timing of the visitors’ experience. You will be scripting the lines of the players overall journey from the moment they are handled to you by the administration team until you hand them over. That means your mood and enthusiasm affect those of your guests… ●Positive thinkers ●Challenging personality ●Animated, multi tone voice ●Leadership Skills and ability to lift spirit ●Very well informed and trained on the rooms clues ●Friendly personality who is able to meet and greet with a smile ●Excellent Problem Solving Skills ●Ability to monitor and control the room ●Excellent communication skills Job Duties: ●Meet & Greet Visitors ●Guide visitors to the booked room ●Orienting visitors about the room and the game ●Control and Monitor the room during play time ●Give Hints to players and make sure to track timing ●Listen and answer players questions in timely and friendly manner ●Guide visitors out of the room ●Conduct the photo session to the players ●Reset the rooms clues and make ready for new players ●Cooperate with the Operation Manager to substitute other operators Salary: negotiable kindly send your cv to careers@mind-arena.com mention job title in subject line
