Job Description Operations Manager Report To: General Manager/Board Member Working Hours: 02:00 PM – 12:00 mid-night Working Days: 6 Working Days/Week Job Requirements: Operations manager will plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of Mind Arena and dealing as the representative of the company in front of other public and private sector organizations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of rooms and human resources, and manage a wide range of business as usual, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services. ●Excellent Communication skills ●High level of management skills ●Reporting and Analytical skills ●Ability to work under pressure ●Strong capabilities of goals settings and follow up ●Demonstrated leadership ability ●Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint ●Excellent communication skills both verbal and written ●Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style ●Open to direction and Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done ●Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization. ●Ability to look at situations from several points of view ●Persuasive with details and facts ●Delegate responsibilities effectively ●Basic IT skill (Network – Software – Hardware) ●High comfort level working in a diverse environment Job Duties: ●Perform quality controls and monitor services KPI’s ●Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources ●Cater to clients’ or personnel’s concerns ●Budget development and oversight experience ●Manage the daily operation and assure smooth transactions ●Handle customers’ feedback and complaints ●Assure operations timing and commitments fulfilled ●Report to the board on operation and new business opportunities ●Act as the key focal contact point to Mind Arena representation ●Train and Orient new comers to deliver the utmost services ●Follow up on cash flow and report to the board on the cash situation ●Authorized by the board to sign on behalf of Mind Arena ●Develop and present a monthly plan and review in front of the board ●Contribute to the strategic meetings with the boa
