Responsible primarily to apply advanced statistical techniques to various business problem areas across the Group's business units and enabling more informed decision making by business leaders

Subject for analyses could relate to strategic direction sales and profitability marketing ROI new customer acquisition customer segmentation and targeting customer retention and loyalty operational efficiency supply chain optimization retail store demand forecasting customer fraud resource optimization or any other area deemed critical for the continued success of the business

Key Responsibilities

• 
  


• Build new predictivedescriptive models and establish methods of evaluating models to identify when they will need to be redeveloped


• 
  


• Design experimentscampaigns and analyze the resulting data perform posthoc correlational analysis when experimental designs causational analyses are not feasible and explain the limitations of the results


• 
  


• Design and test various experimental marketing approaches to evaluate the effectiveness of various programs strategies and policies.
