Job Description

Our client is one of Saudi Arabia8217s largest and most well known contractors. They are a strong presence in the kingdom with tens of thousands of employees. Currently they are in need of a Precast Concrete Manager for a massive residential development in Turaif Saudi Arabia. THIS IS A REMOTE LOCATION in northern Saudi Arabia.

Requirementsnbsp

8226 Day today supervision and management of the General Precast and Hollowcore erection teams.

8226 Understand implement and manage compliance with the company8217s Health and Safety Policies related to precast concerete.

8226 Apply risk assessment processes to identify risks to routine and nonroutine activities products planned and unplanned changes affecting all personnel contractors business partners suppliers and visitors.

8226 Identification of causes of quality failures and implementing remedial action.

8226 Assist the overall Precast Management team to ensure engineered precast solutions are developed to meet requirements.

8226 Managing all technical activities related to precast concrete.

8226 Work onsite at remote location in Turaif Saudi Arabia.

Duties and Requirementsnbsp

8226 Minimum of 10 years experience in construction industry.

8226 Must be South Asian national.

8226 Relevant university degree.

8226 Previous GCC experience.

8226 Comfortable working in remote location.

8226 Previous experience on a residential construction project.nbsp
