HR Operations Manager Jeddah



Our client is a Saudi Closed Joint Stock Holding Company with its head office based in Jeddah with branches in Riyadh Bahra Dammam and established in Qatar UAE Egypt India and Syria providing clients with Complete Building Solution facility for all their construction needs.

They are currently looking for an HR Operations Manager for their Jeddah office.



Principal DutiesResponsibilities

• Production and workflow management of all HR transactions to agreed service levels


• Leadership management and development of the team


• Process ownership and improvement for all transactional activities


• Change management of all service enhancements and process reengineering


• To be an advocate for service excellence and the Willis cause


• Partnering with customers and HR colleagues to ensure an integrated seamless customer experience


• The provision of management information to demonstrate the accomplishment of the above.

  Experience Requirements Required
  

  
  
  • A first degree or equivalent in HR
  
  
  • Strong proven leadership team management and development skills
  
  
  • Excellent organizational time management and communication skills
  
  
  • A good knowledge of 'best in class8217 HR concepts and practices
  
  
  • Experience of team leadership in an established HR Shared Service
  
  
  • A demonstrable process improvement capability and track record
  
  
  • Evidence of producing results in a changing environment

    Desirable
    

    
    
    • Use of an ERP or HRIS system i.e. Oracle PeopleSoft SAP etc.
    
    
    • Leansix sigma andor project management training qualifications
    
    
    • CIPD qualified
    
    
    • Experience of implementing new processes procedures
