Job Description

Our client is one of Saudi Arabia8217s oldest and largest contractors. They are urgently in need of an experienced Interface Manager who has previous GCC experience. You should have previous experience on a similar role with residential projects. This position is for a mega project on a remote location in northern Saudi Arabia which will begin construction soon.

Duties and Responsibilities

8226 nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Coordinate relations of other contracts.

8226 nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Provides senior expertise to identify design and construction interfaces and develop a resolution strategy to minimize the impact of identified interfaces on the overall program delivery.

8226 nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Monitoring tracking and assessing interfaces and work closely with the contractor8217s construction team and other third party stakeholders to identity the most effective and economical way to resolve them.

8226 nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Coordination of utilities engineering design and construction.

8226 nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Be responsible for interfacing with the client.

8226 nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Design and implementation of interface management plans.

8226 nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Evaluation of interfaces by interface management change management and documentation management.

8226 nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Ensure the deliverables of interfaced from the subcontractors meet the contract standards and requirements.

8226 nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Supervision of compliance with interface management processes.

8226 nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Creation of verification documentation for inhouse system acceptance.

8226 nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Actively participate in working groups aimed at providing solutions to delivery challenges such as interface resolution construction logistics supply chain sustainability social concerns and legacy.

Requirements

8226 nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp 10 years construction experience.

8226 nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Contractor experience preferred.

8226 nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp It is a plus if you have any certificationsdiplomas related to interface management.

8226 nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Candidate must be Indian Pakistani or Filipino national.nbsp

8226 nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Must have ability to speak Arabic fluency preferred.

8226 nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Fluency in English.

8226 nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Degree from accredited university preferred.
