Project Director for Airport Baggage Handling Systems Abu Dhabi

An excellent opportunity to get involved in managing the delivery of baggage screening systems for the new airport construction project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing integration of complex technology and engineering systems.

Duties and Responsibilities • Develop release and manage plans and resources necessary to deliver the project efficiently and effectively between the manufacturing facilities and the contractclient and affiliates.• Lead and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure acceptable requirements change and risk management throughout the Project lifecycle.• In coordination with the Project Financial Controller to be accountable and responsible for the Financial reporting elements of the Project Deliverables in all aspects. Ensuring financial data is updated and controlled in order to be presented as requested by the SD Mgmt• Maintain Accurate and Complete Reporting Data in line with the SD Requirements

Skills

• Experience of providing integration of complex technology and engineering systems

• Liaise interface and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

• Full ownership of a project responsible for end to end delivery including financials

• Strong Technical skills – able to get ‘hands dirty’ if necessary and bring everything together
