Business Development Executive

Job Summary



As a Business Development Executive position you will be working in our Property Management division. The main task of the Business Development Executive is to initiate the sales cycle by prospecting and qualifying opportunities with existing and potential customers in line with local sales revenue targets. The Executive will proactively make outbound calls to identified target direct and partner accounts and also qualify any inbound leads opportunities or inquiries including from marketing campaigns. You will be reporting to Head of Property Management.



Main Responsibilities



• Acting as a central point of liaison with various other departments and external constituencies where you manage and assist in administrative problem solving programproject planning and stated goals and objectives.

• Nurture client relationships source new clients and integrate new clients into existing business.

• Create and execute weekly monthly prospecting plan for property management listings

• Establish and maintain a database of prospective clients and key contacts

• Conducting market research

• Perform listing presentations and rental appraisals

• Together with the Portfolio Manager create and execute the department marketing plan. Ensure the agency marketing materials are sent to and received by prospective clients. Arrange professional photos floor plans and marketing scripts for all new properties

• Collect all new management agency documentation such as Property Title Deed Copy of Agreement of Sale and other legalities required for the process

• Maintain communication with new management clients throughout leasing process.

• Prepare correspondence with prospective and new landlord clients

• Maintain an accurate uptodate record of all rental property appraisals and new property management listings obtained filing of business development documents. Prepare weekly and monthly reports list the contact and unit details in Masterkey.

• Attend all team meetings and training sessions. Comply with all company policies and procedures

• Be flexible and assist with other non – business development related tasks as requested by the Portfolio Manager.



What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?



• A successful background in Inside Sales Business Generation telemarketing telesales andor cold calling experience in a B2Benvironment is an advantage.

• Good understanding of the rental market property management.

• A good grasp of numbers and understanding of yieldsreturn of investments

• The ability to deal with a wide variety of savvy property investors

• The maturity well spoken strong communication and presentation skills

• Heshe must also be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Word Excel and Outlook.

• In this fast paced office environment the successful candidate will be able to multitask and prioritize so that deadlines are met in a timely and accurate manner.

• The candidate must possess strong attention to detail possessing the ability to learn new procedures quickly and be able to juggle multiple job functions.

• Excellent communication skills are a necessity.
