Trainer

Managing the design and delivery and continuous improvement of the New Hire Training programs as well as ongoing learning opportunities across the organization in support of the organization’s needs



Facilitating learning related to our technology and total suite of product offerings and information about our clients and the industry



Contacting and scheduling internal and external lecturers and vendors for specialized training



Utilizing a variety of the training methodologies techniques concepts learning tools and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training program



Directing specific training needs assessments to support the design development and delivery of improvements to the corporate training programs



Collaborating with existing subject matter experts on current and upcoming products in order to contribute to the design and maintenance of current and effective training programs



Monitoring and measuring effectiveness of all training utilizing Kirkpatrick’s Levels of Evaluation



Working with key Executives HR if applicable in analyzing the performance of the workforce so that additional training can be prescribed and developed



Managing training budget effectively

Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development Adult Education or related field



Minimum 4 years of professional training experience as a Corporate Trainer is required.



Excellent written and verbal fluency in English and Arabic is a must.



Must be mission focused



Excellent presentation skills



Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver training programs utilizing skills in instructional design program design amp development and training technologies



High energy enthusiastic motivational training style



Strong history of executing the vision of senior management



Strong organizational planning project management problem resolution communication presentation facilitation and influencing skills required



Selfstarter with strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously
