Minimum Requirements

This is a contingent position for a potential contract in Kuwait.



Bachelor's degree or equivalent trainingexperience fifteen 15 years of diverse management experience. Must be knowledgeable of Field and Sustainment supply and maintenance operations with transformed military units.

Excellent communication analytical project management and supervisory skills. Position may require travel.



Must have the ability to obtain a secret security clearance.



Job Description

1. Supervise personnel including ensuring staff is adequately trained coordinating workloads priorities and schedules to ensure timely and effective completion of work and monitoring and evaluating staff performance.

2. Assist the Deputy Program Manager in the management and coordination of operations to ensure operating effectiveness and efficiency and compliance with the Statement of Work SOW and company policies and procedures.

3. Analyze activities and prepares memorandums analyses and reports for the Region Director.

4. Ensure offices are adequately staffed.

5. Interface with government officials on diverse issues and problems and works to resolve operational issues and problems.



Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.



Work Environment Physical Demands and Mental Demands Stress physical hardships and possible field living conditions associated with this position within a desert camp complex. Ability to function during an extended assignment at a foreign incountry facility exposed to seasonal temperature extremes. Ability to cope with shared cafeteria bath and sleeping quarters. Must be able to walk kneel bend and stoop and have correctable vision. The candidate must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds for short distances stoop bend kneel walk have full dexterity and correctable vision. Outside work in hot and cold or wet weather is often required.
