The Opportunity ·Firstly this is no ordinary Poultry Production Plant It is a brand new state of the art fully automated poultry processing plant. ·Once fully operational it will have 15 Bagging lines 10 Shrink Wrap lines 4 Rapid Fillet Lines · and will process up to 36000 broilers PER HOUR that’s 2.1 million birds per week at full capacity and is one of the biggest factories of its kind in the world. Looking for the next step or already an established plant or factory manger you will have overall responsibility for the production team at our poultry process plant in Hail. You will have 6 Managers directly reporting and overall responsibility for over 1000 staff. This will encompass food safety production quality health and safety succession planning adherence to agreed manufacturing objectives and resource management. It is essential that you have already worked in a similar high volume fully automated poultry processing environment in a senior production capacity. You will have a verifiable track record of budgetary control together with a flair for innovation grounded in your experience of production expansions and capital investment Areas of responsibility ·Production planning ·Inventory control ·Production efficiency ·Productivity ·Continued professional development ·Regulatory compliance ·Health and safety ·Plant maintenance ·Manpower plan Candidates without the following will not be considered ·Minimum of 5 years operational experience in Poultry Meat Seafood Process environment of which 2 must be in a management capacity ·Cross function management portfolio covering quality engineering logistics and manufacturing ·Preferably Degree qualified in Food technology or Engineering discipline ·Experience of the following machines Meyn Isheda Rapids GEA Shrink pack Various multihead weighers Moba bagging machines.
