Reporting to the Board you will be responsible for the following

Overall PampL responsibility and full cross functional team management with a remit to treble the size of the business in the next 5 years

Store expansion across multiple new sites in the super market category this will include a full identity rebrand

Implement a dashboard to assess all KPIs metrics of existing and new stores

Build a new management team

Who we39re looking for

University Degree Educated essential

Arabic language skills essential

15 years experience with the last 3 years in a CLevel position Grocery and Mega Outlets

Previous Middle East market experience KSA preferred

Previously led a significant supermarketgrocery store expansion program over a sustained period that has delivered top and bottom line results

Track record of leading change across a supermarket grocery organisation including executing vision master plans

Outstanding interpersonal leadership and communication skills

Indepth knowledge of Saudi culture and complete understanding of GCC lifestyle and buying behaviour
