Trial Balance Consulting have been retained by a leading firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors to assist them in finding a Corporate Finance Senior Manager.



The role will be offered on a full time permanent basis and will be accompanied with a competitive salary depending on experience and qualifications and benefits package.



Working as part of a team and reporting into the Corporate Finance partner the purpose of this role is to support clients through advising on aspects of their business during periods of change including mergers acquisitions and management buy outsins.



Areas of responsibility will include but may not be limited to

Create and review financial models

Highlight potential issues and client needs and prepare responses

Prepare and monitor timetables for transactions and ensure all deadlines are adhered to

Prepare and support on pitches for new business

Work with the team and the partner to ensure client expectations are met

Communicating progress of assigned work to relevant team members



My client would be interested in receiving applications from candidates who have recent relevant experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice. Key experience which is of interest includes financial accounting andor audit experience and will ideally be supported with a professional qualification ACAACCA plus some demonstrable PQE and a strong desire to work in a corporate finance position.



The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong IT skills in particular with Excel along with an analytical thinking process with a strong customer focus.
