Experience: 5 – 10 years Reporting to: Team Leader & Chief Executive Manager Location : Nasr City Job Objective • To monitor HVAC, plumbing and fire safety work at site. Job Description • Work supervision with Time, Quality, Cost & Safety requirement • Responsible for HVAC, Plumbing and fire safety work execution. • Previous experience and knowledge in international firefighting codes & civil defense requirements. • Check material and quality. • Work execute as per the drawing. • Bill checking and certification for payment. • 5 years of work experience in plumbing, fire fighting & HVAC in facilities management, operation / maintenance & building management systems (BMS). Technical Skill Set Required • Supervision & Quality Control • Monitoring Progress. • Preparation & Checking Bills. • Co-ordination with clients and other agencies.
