Experiences with industrial compressors, compressor aftermarket, Hydraulic and pneumatic breakers equipment are desirable. Key responsibilities include: 1. Manage and lead the sales team to achieve assigned sales goals and growth initiatives. 2. Design and/or implement sales programs and strategies in order to meet or exceed assigned goals. 3. Analyze market potential for new products and applications. 4. Manage and promote the company’s relations with assigned distribution and develop plans to promote growth.
