One of the biggest hospitality companies in Qatar is currently looking for an experienced Laundry Manager to manage the big team at VIP Dry Cleaning. Location: Doha, Qatar About Employer: It is a fast-growing company with ambitious global expansion plans. Working conditions: • Work and residence permit are paid by customer • Official salary 1560 USD • Official employment contract • Comfortable accommodation – shared room • Customer provides air tickets • Medical insurance, paid vacation Responsibilities: • Control all procedural workflow standards, to maximize facility output and overall mechanical efficiency • Organize and control all team members to ensure they are highly trained and motivated to meet all quality standards • Maintain best practice standards of each laundry and dry cleaning process, updating personal knowledge within the industry on a frequent basis. • Know, embrace and follow without permitting any deviation the Seven Stages of Garment Care for all retail orders. • Manage health and safety within the entire department, ensuring the security of colleagues, visitors and client property at all times. • Respond to and seek rapid resolution for all client or customer concerns. • Maintain thorough, appropriate and accurate records, all information, production data and expenditure. • Establish a two-way communication culture that ensures mutual respect, by overseeing daily briefings and effective shift handovers, whilst always maintaining excellent notice boards. • Attend necessary meetings and contribute in a positive manner. Requirements: • Work experience as Laundry Manager in dry cleaning and laundry (3-5 years) • Managerial skills, ability to lead and develop a team • Capacity to follow precisely procedures and standards of the company, reach set goals within defined timescales • Ability to overcome problems and find solutions • Good communicative skills, fluent English • Advanced PC user WHO ARE WE?
