Custom Clearance Customer Service
Vacancy: Custom Clearance Customer Service for multinational Co. (Temporary Period ) • To communicate with external customers, arrange for all relevant required paper works to ensure smooth and on time clearance. • To be the recognised as Industry leading Customs Clearance by providing customers the highest quality of service all the time. • Builds relationships with customs in order to facilitate a better turn around time for clearance. • Identifies customers who need attention in documentation & educate, highlight the lapse to further improve capability in our current process. • Ensures all documentation is checked before submission to customs to avoid penalties & delays in processing of clearance docs to customs. • Manages measures & takes corrective action in order to ensure that our outbound service meets customer requirements & our group standards. • Ensures all local & international customs documentation is adhered & met at all times. • Informs external customers of the customs requirements to ensure we meet deadlines of our customers & the local governing bodies. • To provide the customer with suitable solutions relating to problem shipments or complaints, to satisfy their needs, and to maintain and enhance their loyalty • To ensure smooth internal communication that follows set processes and channels, in order to provide timely and accurate information to customers.
