VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for PM/BA – Digital & Retail Banking for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions: Skill Set required: • Minimum of 7+ years' experience in Mobile/Internet Banking/Community banking project implementation and Business Analysis. • Good Experience in Retail Banking, products, ATMs and Branch Business Analyst and project implementation. • Able to use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment. • Knowledge of Online and Mobile Banking environment is MUST, along with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with others. • Experience in the field of web design and internet project management and development preferred. • Able to use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment. • Requirement gathering, analysis and management • Requirement simplification and communication • Good Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills (English and Arabic) • Understanding of systems engineering concepts • The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis • Assisting business unit to develop comprehensive Business case • Self-Starter and able to do his tasks without supervision • Project management experience in banking environment is must Terms and conditions: Joining time frame: 1 month.
