Operation and Sales Manager-chain resturant
1. Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards 2. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service 3. Design exceptional menus, continuously make necessary improvements 4. Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns 5. Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel and retaining employees through motivation and coaching 6. Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures 7. Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork 8. Comply with all health and safety regulations 9. Report on management regarding sales results and productivity 10. Responsible for delegating training to all members of staff and overseeing the outcome 11. Responsible for maintenance of each branch 12. Opening of new branches 13. P&L and maximizing of profits, Control profit & loss, by following cash control / security procedures, maintaining inventory managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions, 14. Ensure local health and safety, company safety and security policy is met. 15. Develop, coach and mentor Operations staff 16. Drive overall process improvements to increase inventory turns, reduce cost, improve product yields, 17. Work collaboratively with Engineering, Facilities and, quality departments on Core Projects and activities.
