HR Advisor
Vacancy: HR Advisor for a shipping multinational company Manage, evaluate and execute local recruitment processes, programmes and policies, in line with Business Unit and divisional guidelines, in order to consistently and efficiently attract and select the right people. Implement and coordinate HR policies and programs of employee relations and to provide consistent advice and guidance on a range of employee relations issues including performance management for positive employee relations development. Develop, maintain and enhance HR data reporting structures and processes in order to provide management with clear, concise information to enable informed decision-making. Analyze and interpret HR measurements and KPI reports in order to monitor HR operations and provide insight into HR performance trends. Support the development of local KPI’s, in cooperation with functional management, to solve HR performance weaknesses flagged through previous analysis and to support local HR tactics. Provide management with advice and support in the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) area in line with HR strategy policies and processes to enable management to recruit, equip, develop, and empower their people. Analyse and report relevant Compensation and Benefits information to management within own area of responsibility to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to all stakeholders and to identify potential improvements of any C&B related activity. Build relationships with (cross) functional peers to maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness and to participate in HR related projects on a business unit level, through the provision of high quality data and information, to assist in informed project decision-making. Execute the Payroll and Personnel Administration, in an efficient and effective manner, in order to realise accurate and (cost) efficient salary disbursement and registration for all employees, and to maintain personnel records and guarantee that management and employees are provided with correct, up-to-date and accessible information. Maintain and report the Payroll and Personnel Administration data and to provide reports to management in order to increase efficiency and accuracy. Assist in the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of the company HR budget. Preferred Experience and Knowledge • University/graduate level, preferably in an HR or Finance or legal related area Or proven relevant work experience • At least 6 years of experience or more in different HR functions mainly C&B, Employee relations and Recruitment. • Knowledge of labour market • Experience in dealing with external 3rd parties, such as consultants, lawyers, Works Councils and/or Unions etc. • Experience in interacting with middle (senior) management • Thorough understanding of internal and external HR processes and activities • Knowledge of the business levers, processes and structures • Substantial knowledge of local (labour) law and regulations • Knowledge of SAP or other HRIS systems • Excellent communication skills in local language • Excellent verbal and written English • Excellent PC skills If you are interested please send your updated CV aligned with a recent photo to, Email: mohamed.marzok@outlook.com Please quote “ HR Advisor “in the subject line.
