Senior Applications Consultant for Qatar

VAM SYSTEMS is a Business Consulting, IT Technology Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore &India. VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for Senior Applications Consultant for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions: Minimum Required Experience • 15yrs or more working experience in high-level technical Information Security • Worked in IT Consulting companies • Worked in large-scale organizations • and/or worked in IT-vendor environment • Presentations in front of large audience Skill Set required: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or IT-related matter or equivalent experience. • Deep understanding of technical relations in a complex environment. • Software / Web Development / Scripting experience on any Enterprise platform, e.g. SharePoint, Sales Force, Lotus Notes JD Edwards, Service Now , and LANDesk. • Solid hands on experience of Microsoft networking (TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS). • Experience with ERP system implementations (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards). • Technical skills: JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT. • In depth knowledge in design and implementation of architecture concepts. • Alternative Technical skills: Java, C++ C# .NET. • Experience of SQL database technologies. • Able to design, implement and configure applications customizations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio or similar tools. • Excellent and accent-free communication skills in English (Arabic an advantage). • Proper and structured documentation and diagramming. • Excellent organizational skills in enterprise support. • Understanding of information security concepts and related technology. • Flexible work approach, based on the job requirements. • Being able to identify new work areas and to set new goals for themselves. • Very good presentation skills.
