SALES MANAGER – Trucks and Cranes
Required for our client (A Reputable Automotive-Heavy Equipment Group is one of major Heavy Equipment companies in Qatar JOB TITLE: SALES MANAGER – Trucks and Cranes ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1-Prepare and take ownership of the annual business plan and budget. 2-Develop sales and marketing actions 3-Set targets and actions for the department and the sales team 4-Lead the department’s daily activity. 5-Ensure proper coordination with the Aftersales department in order to secure appropriate 6-development of customer satisfaction. 7-Undertake responsibility for the daily relationship with principals. 8-Prepare sales reports and follow up on targets and goals for both internal use and to principals. 9-Support and develop the Sales Team MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB: QUALIFICATIONS: University degree in engineering or business EXPERIENCE: P & L Managerial Sales and marketing KNOWLEDGE: Ability to work both on large projects sales as well as with small deals. Product and application know-how, and Basic 6000 + 1250 Car Allowance + 250 Petrol + 250 Mobile + Co.
