Personnel and Payroll Specialist
Performs daily payroll department operations Manages workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and in timely manner Understands proper taxation of employer paid benefits Load imported files received from HR (All Companies) Researches and email appropriates audience of file issues Reviews, analyzes and checks payroll forms and reports for accuracy and makes necessary adjustments or corrections Creates and maintains payroll account codes. Processes payroll distribution, direct deposit and loans Sets up and reconciles payroll deductions, prepares reports, identifies and researches exceptions and remits payment to vendors. Completes appropriate forms for special wage/salary payouts and adjustments or to correct or balance a special situation. Researches, analyzes and resolves payroll-related problems or questions. Compiles financial, tax and payroll reports for both internal and external purpose; submits to supervisor for review. Follow ups on vacations approvals and updates them on the system Records official missions transactions on daily basis Monitoring all transactions for any employees reports and records Create employment codes for new employees
