Marketing Executive
• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management. • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. • Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project. • Plan, develop, implement and evaluate programs and projects. • Develop measurable project goals and objectives, and monitoring progress toward achievement. • Follow up new business opportunities • Research and build relationships with new clients. • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our vision and goals and how it is organized, including knowledge of every program area. • Research and developing new services and methods, setting priorities and resolving problems. • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets. • Arrange and participate in internal and external client inquires. • Maintain continuity of work operations; by documenting and communicating necessary actions to management. • Workin conjunction with project staff. • Assists with the implementation of programs and projects. • Coordinating project activities. • Prepare agendas for meetings, document key decisions and collaborate with team members to develop project collateral. • Develop all needed marketing materials such as: Sales Presentations, Promotional Materials, and Flyers. • Responsible for Content form in any aspect of the company. • Responsible for the business and market research. • Responsible for all marketing activities to achieve the company goals. • Work with internal colleagues to meet customer needs. • Ensure all team members represent the company in the best way. • Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards. • Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff. • Provide staff support. • Share knowledge through internal communication. • Be flexible by supporting team and organization vision. • Writing reports. • Provide management with feedback. • Submit Monthly reports about evaluating the team members.
