Front Office /Receptionist
at Global Building Real Estate Marketing & Development, Nasr City,Cairo -Egypt Receptionist: Immediate Hiring for a real estate company located in Nasr city, cairo: Job Description : -Receive Clients calls -Data Entry & speed typing which is the 80% of the total work -Operate a variety of standard office machines, including a personal computer and a variety of computer software, phone, fax, and photocopy machine. - Communicate with customers/suppliers/visitors/enquirers and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person COMPETENCIES: -Presentation- Stress Tolerance -Adaptability / Flexibility -Results-oriented - Diversity Relations -Team Work-Customer Service Orientation -Excellent Communication Skills-Telephone Etiquette Skills Job Qualifications -Education Bachelor’s degree -Work Experience 1 - 2 year of related work experience -Excellent English is A must. -Good professional appearance. -Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications - Excel spreadsheets and Word Skills -Excellent Communication Skills-Telephone Etiquette Skills -Data Entry & speed typing which is the 80% of the total work -Customer Oriented -Nasr City or around area residency
