Senior Field Maintnance Engineer

1.Event Management including Trouble Ticket management accepting, prioritizing and escalating automated network events. Notify service-affecting network events and alarms with mutually agreed procedures, and then close the trouble tickets associated with such events. 2.First line fault remote Diagnostics: provides the diagnostics capabilities to identify the fault or problem. 3.Remote Corrective Actions: provides remote corrective actions.4.Dispatch and Direction of FLM-Field Operation Staff .provides identification of the appropriated FLM-FO staff to execute appropriate actions, advising them of actions to be completed.5.Performance Reporting: provides reports of alarms and events that have occurred: Date Service Request put forward by the Customer, Date Faulty Parts received by Huawei, Date Replacement Parts received by the Customer. 6.Schedule first line preventative maintenance activities checks, abnormality corrections, adjustments, tests, measurements, internal and external cleaning, surveys, as well as the analysis and replacement/repair of units, boards, components, modules. 7.On site corrective maintenance fix or adjust significant equipment defects and failures, including the required replacement of units, boards, components, modules 8.Implementation of performance analysis recommendation analyze the network performance and decide the actions to be taken in order to run the network in its optimal conditions. 9.On-site system configuration rearrangement perform the system configuration rearrangements on-site under the guidance of Back Office support team 10.Spare parts management 11.Other instruments & tools management, documentation management, network security management and service quality management.12.Assure the compliance with all company QMS & HSE MS. 12.Familiar with HUAWEI equipments.
