Duties and Responsibilities

nbsp

The EGM occupies a key position in upper management and works as a major figurehead in the organization overseeing all functions within the assigned division.nbsp The EGM plans and implements divisional strategies and ensures that all departments within the division are fully aligned to the overall company strategic direction.

Oversees the Division as a whole ensuring working needs are met Divisional and Departmental Objectives have been established and workforce are given the resources and facilities they need to achieve set goals.

Maximizing Divisional performance and output by delivering a high quality service that inspires both trust and exceptional levels of customer satisfaction

nbsp

Drive success and take responsibility for both profit and growth of the overall Divisional performance

nbsp

Lead motivate direct and challenge all direct reports including General Managers and members of the Senior Management team

nbsp

Provide regular reviews of key departments work with senior management to set departmental goals and KPIs to ensure performance is continually improving and areas of development are identified and strengthened.

nbsp

Communicates both the Divisional Objectives and Organizational Vision to the Division ensuring appropriate planning and infrastructure is in place to ensure set goals can be achieved

nbsp

Develops and implements strategic plans in keeping with the divisional and organizational vision

nbsp

Identifying and exploring opportunities for strategic growth and direction presenting assumptions and determining objectives.

nbsp

Ensures the division is fully aligned and optimized and meets the expectations of its clients and key stake holders

nbsp

Negotiating rationalizing and planning departmental budgets

Education and Qualifications Required

Relevant Degree Qualification

nbsp

Experience of working in the Middle East in a senior management position

nbsp

Exceptional leadership business and interpersonal proficiency preferably within a multinational organization

nbsp

A credible track record of extensive managerial experience in challenging environments

nbsp

Strong experience of change management with an agile and innovative approach

nbsp

Be able to set business targets time lines plans and financial targets

nbsp
