As part of the after sales team you will be responsible for handling all incoming telephone communications whilst providing excellent customer service. Any customer queries should be resolved quickly and in the correct manner.

You will also need to attend to customer needs understand their requirements so that maximum number of enquiries are handled quickly and forwarded on responsibly.

About You

Ideally you will have excellent communication skills English and Arabic preferred. Previous receptionist telephone operator experience would be desired.

A basic understanding of IT systems would be advantageous.
