Quality Assurance Manager Seafood Experience Needed



A leading FMCG business is looking to hire a QA Manager to join their dynamic and high performing team in Ajman.



As the Quality Assurance Manager you will have the following responsibilities

Develop implement and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures

Establish product quality integrity and plant sanitation conformity from receiving the raw materials to shipping finished products

Ensure plant design plant sanitation operation and personnel practices are compliant with HACCP and ISO standards customer requirement and 3rd party audit standards

Train and guide the QA staff to achieve goals

Requirements

Degree in Microbiology Fisheries Aquaculture or equivalent

Substantial experience in QA management within the seafood industry

Well versed in the inspection process required quality amp microbiological parameters in accordance with the UAE regulations and international standards

Indepth knowledge of HACCP and ISO standards and their application in the seafood industry

Tech savvy and must have good command over the English language
