We are looking for high calibre International Expat Project Manager having international experience in the Middle East North America or European markets.



You would be responsible for project management hands on experience in preconstruction to handover team management and liaise multiple consultants contractors architects for a HighEnd Highrise residential project.

Job Responsibilities

1.Manage and head HIGHRISE PROJECT from start to finish.

2.Manage project team.

3.Manage the clients contractors consultants architects.

4.Project manages high quality implementation.

5.Reinforce the international corporate image and branding.

6.Manage resources across different projects to ensure that activities are undertaken using appropriate levels of resources with due recognition of fee and within an acceptable duration.

7.Advice on the selection and application of different construction processes. This should include liaison with specialists contractors and consultants to develop project specific design and construction solutions.
