Cost Manager
Working on a major new Mixed Use Infrastructure Hotel Retail project as the focal point for all of the clients commercial reviews and checking.
Input required for pre and postcontract services within the business.
You must be able to Plan develop and supervise all project cost functions ensuring that all project cost activities budgets and forecasts comply with company and client requirements.
Client facing role liaising closely with both internal and external teams.
Requirements

Middle East experience is essential.
Must have experience of working in Hospitality Hotels Residential projects.nbsp
