Construction Manager

The Role

Construction Manager required to supervise and manage onsite installations of Automation systems for major Offshore fields in the Middle East.



This is a rotational position of 3030 with the duties expected to last for approximately 1 year.



Duties

Perform and oversee the entire site related activities like site survey installation supervision commissioning assistance support during site acceptance tests SAT handing over the system to plant

Resource planning and management for site activities

Oversee the entire site related activities.

Coordinate with the client and act as single point of contact at site.

Control of all aspects of site operations including the planning of site construction activities.

Responsible for the profitability of operations and adherence to the agreed schedule.

Prepare scope of work for the subcontractor.

Ensure that the correct versions of AFC drawingsdocumentation are used at site.

Thorough knowledge of Permit to Work systems at onshore amp offshore sites.

PrepareMaintain equipmentssimulators etc. Must be familiar with usage of various types of field calibrators.

Manage the site stores and ensure that sufficient materials are available for progress of work.

Monitor Control the activities of the subcontractor and ensure timely completion of the project.

Requirements

15 years experience in managing Automation Site Installations in the Oil and Gas Industry

At least 5 years relevant experience working on Offshore projects

Middle East Experience is Mandatory

Work site Offshore platforms

Must be available to start work within 3045 days maximum
