The Role



You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure all restaurant operations are in line with company procedures supervise team members and ensure quality and hygiene standards are met. As well as the daytoday responsibilities you will work closely with the Operations team and business management to ensure that targets are met and exceeded.



Qualifications amp Requirements



You will havebe



At least 3 years' experience in a highvolume fastpaced restaurant



Excellent communications skills in English



Experience of managing a high number of dedicated and energetic individuals



Computer literate.
