Head of Research and Development

sect DThe Head of RampD will lead programs and support RampD programs being led by other BD team members. The Head of RampD reporting to the Business Development Manager will participate in project teams and be expected to coach other members of the team. An important dimension of the job is to build and maintain longterm relationships with peers and senior managers in the organization.

Deliver of the agreed milestones on his RampD program.

sect To lead global research innovation amp technical service for new equipmentrsquos processes and products

sect Look for first class technology services to the downstream businesses.

sect Understand about potential needs on specific technologies identifying solutions within the market and creating conditions to transfer it to our Company practices

sect Promote and encourage all related organization about Innovations attitude and procedures

sect Promote relationship with technical National and International Organizations including Laboratories universities and others related to innovation requirements equipmentrsquos techniques and processes

sect Make procurement on international companiesorganizations about specific technologies processes and practices that can contribute to our continuous improvement practices

sect Deliver and support of technology innovation and improvement.

sect Coordinate following key units Technology Transfer Innovation Best Practice and Certification.

sect Support New Process Development.

sect Mentor on boardingcoaching of new graduates and less experienced team members.

sect Prepare and maintain a variety of records and files related to R amp D activities and operations

sect In addition some general activities for the department will form part of the task.
