Job Requirements

BSC in Commerce or Economics

Preferred MBA in Financial Management and Accounting or CMA or CCA or CPA

Fluent in English

10 years in preparing the operational capitalism and analyzing budgets.



Job Description

• Put the guideline principles for the development of operational and capital planning.

• The preparation of the annual operating plan and capital putting instructions.

• Puts an appropriate set of metrics to evaluate the overall performance and facilitate the identification of targets and performance monitoring and followup and preparation of periodic report.

• The timetable for the development of the operational plan and monitor the progress of work unites and reviewing and analyzing the operational and capital plan for the activity to ensure consistency and realism.

• Coordinate and provide assistance to ensure that the operational and capital plan has been completed accurately and in a timely manner and it realistic to avoid overtaking or deficit during the year.

• Help in writing a summary of the operational plan and the display which raises capital for senior management.

• Review the documents and prepare the final plan for operating and capital activity to activity after its adoption.

• Dealing with change requests on the operating and capital plan during the year.

• Working to upgrade the performance and improve the culture and implement realistic plans to fill the performance gaps performance to reduce operating and capital costs.

• Participate in the debate to ensure access to the plan as part of the performance agreement between the activity and support activities around the goals.

• Initiate projects to improve the scope of activity in order to improve operational performance and capital.

• Reviews and analyzes operating costs for the development of performance targets in terms of cost which leads to lower costs through the correct use of resources.

• Overlooking the ameliorative projects on the level of activity to improve operational performance and capital.

• Reviewing and analyzing the operational and capital costs and performance to determine the difference in terms of costs and set goals.

• Reviewing monthly expenditure reports on the current and projected performance targets.

• To analyze the operating and capital activity data and recommend a plan for change based on its findings to reduce costs.

• Provides the experience and professional knowledge to his colleagues and specialized works on training and transfer of expertise to them.
