Civil Engineer

1. Manage the project by co ordinating with the core team.

2. Coordinate with the Sub Contractors on timely basis to check the project status.

3. Compute BOQ Cost Estimation based on the architectural drawings Civil and MEP.

4. Initiate meetings with the Client Consultant with the contractors authorities to resolve anyevery issues.

5. Read and interpret Drawings to prepare Job Schedule on Primavera.

6. Preparation of Contract Documents.

7. Coordinate with Vendors Clients Store and Contractors.

8. Must be flexible with time to work as per Project Requirements.

9. Maintain Safety Standards in the Site.

10. Quality of work to be inspected and reported accordingly.

11. Review Tender Documents Specifications Drawings BOQ's Design Calculations etc.

Skills

1. Minimum 5 years experience in UAE Recent UAE Experience in Construction Industry is a must.

2. B.Tech B.E Degree Holder only.

3. Excellent Knowledge of Autocad Versions not relevant

4. Primavera Knowledge is an added advantage.

5. Knowledge of Occupational Safety Standards.

6. Good Coordination skills.

7. Good Communication skills.

8. Must be in UAE and able to join on IMMEDIATE BASIS.
