• Job summary


• The Operations Manager will be responsible for daytoday operations including


• Managing the client relationships


• Process mapping evaluation and reengineering


• Reporting as required


• Working with the management team the position also contributes to the development and implementation of One Stop Shop OSS for business registration in Palestine. The individual will help lead the effort for operational and legal reform required to streamline business registration process in Palestine.


• Key qualifications


• 510 years of project management and business analysis experience


• Experience planning and managing business change management


• Excellent cross functional collaboration skills


• Solid understanding of project management methodologies


• Manage the project communications across stakeholders subject matter experts executives and other internal groups through effective written and verbal communication.


• The talent for driving and managing strategic initiatives and processes including good negotiation communication and advocacy skill


• Ability to take initiatives work effectively and efficiently in a resultsoriented manner plan and think ahead and quickly adapt to the changing circumstance


• Knowledge about business license process in Palestine is a strong asset


• Fluency in Arabi and English language will be an advantage


• Full familiarity with Microsoft Office Word Excel Visio etc. and similar application


• Relevant academic degree in the fields of Industrial Engineering project management or business administration. MBA is an asset


• Technical requirements


• Working knowledge in Lean Six Sigma is an asset


• Ability to assess processes for their relevancy efficiency and effectiveness


• Research ability along with knowledge about Palestinian law system specially laws pertaining to business registration


• preparing reports and flow diagrams


• Consult with business stakeholders to define detailed systems process and reporting requirements into a comprehensive set of business requirements documentation – including items such as asisto be business processes.


• Plan and manage the business change management of new tools and processes into the business teams – work the team to implement the change management plan including items such as communications training support plan and user documentation.


• Establishes policies and procedures that align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives
