TRAINING COORDINATOR
1To manage the training activities on the academic technical industrial skills and abilities followup on the performance of external training providers and coordinate with the internalexternal trainers to ensure the quality of the provided training course.
2Identify training and development needs through job analysis appraisal schemes and regularconsultation with business managers and human resources departments.
3Design and develop training and development programmes based on both the organizationand individual's needs prepare training calendar.
4Consider costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets asses the return oninvestment of any training or development programme.
5Develop effective induction programmes
6Devise individual learning plans.
7Produce training materials for inhouse courses.
8Conduct appraisals for training programs monitor and review the trainees’ progress throughquestionnaires and discussions with managers.
9Ensure that statutory training requirements are met.
10Evaluate training and development programmes.
11Amend and revise programmes as necessary in order to adapt to changes occurring in thework environment.
12Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems.
13Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned by the Training amp Development Administrator.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field
