1To prepare and ensure designs of repairs and new structures meet owner requirement ResposibilityLead Engg HOD



2To prepare and ensure the structure meets design specifications safety regulations and design standards and provide supporting documents and calculations ResposibilityLead Engg HOD



3To support the Lead Engg HOD to develop and manage project plans ResposibilityLead Engg HOD



4Establish effective Communication between customer through project manager and class on design development issues ResposibilityLead Engg HOD



5To ensure that the structural elements of projects are delivered within time to budget and to specificationResposibilityLead Engg HOD



6 To ensure the timely delivery of all client deliverables ResposibilityLead Engg HOD

7To ensure that timely communication of all internal reports is metResposibilityLead Engg HOD



8To ensure that Project Quality Management processes are adhered to ResposibilityLead Engg HOD

9To ensure early and continuous integration of the Purchasing function into the project ResposibilityLead Engg HOD
