Full compliance with Contract scope of supply and agreed Technical Requirements timely delivery and quality as well as achievement of the expected profitability of the Contract itself. Essential Responsibilities • Works with internal and external functions to organize the various components needed to initiate run and conclude projects in the Middle East• Proactively coordinates projects and serves as liaison between customers freight forwarders and the project management organization Engineering Finance Administration Sourcing Warehouse etc.• Coordinates schedules activities and tracks progress• Creates a database for customer claims for efficient handling• Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism• Analyzes system information for report generation• Performs relevant data entry and uses GE material management and organizational software• Assists in determining project priorities and handles tasks accordingly• Performs miscellaneous jobrelated duties as assigned• Effectively applies procedures to ensure projects are delivered on time on budget and to agreed quality standards• Contributes to team and organizational work• Responsible for stabilizing and optimizing operational process management structure leveraging best practices driving improvements in process efficiency effectiveness and productivity QualificationsRequirements • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. Preferably with work experience in the Oil Gas field whether industrial or contracting• Strong computer skills and related software applications. Knowledge of Oracle is preferable• Multilingual English Required Arabic Italian language skills are an asset• Solid understanding of online technologies goals and processes as well as customer relationship management• Clear and careful oral and written communication skills • Selfstarter and assertive with strong sense of ownership and orientation towards results• Ability to communicate with staff and constituencies from multiple organizations and build consensus• Strong interpersonal and team building skills• Ability to travel Desired Characteristics • Excellent communication skills are e more...
