Role



Reporting to the Regional Executive and the Project Sponsor with general autonomy through subordinate managers is responsible for the overall establishment and execution of the PMC Project. Assures safe project execution to the client's satisfaction consistent with cost schedule and contractual requirements. Delivers or exceeds expected results for HSSE client satisfaction budget and schedule performance. Serves as prime point of contact between the client and company. Establishes project execution policies procedures systems and requirements in accordance with client and KBR requirements and assures project execution is in accordance with them. Manages and coordinates activities of all project personnel by direct supervision through subordinates or through subcontractors. Manages project variations proactively with the client. Plans the project execution and revises the plan as necessary and assures adherence to the plan. Keeps the client and company advised of project status. Leads the project management team and is responsible for the successful completion of the project. Abides by company and local business ethics.

• To champion all HSSE programmes and to ensure that all HSSE activities are carried out and HSSE goals objectives and targets are met or exceeded.
  


• Using company and project specific procedures maintains the highest standard of quality for all phases of the project.
  


• Manages and coordinates all project personnel to achieve successful project execution to client satisfaction and in accordance with KBR procedures and Business Unit objectives.

  • Delivers expected results for HSSE client satisfaction budget and schedule performance
    
  
  
  • As primary point of contact with the client has the specific responsibility to build and maintain a positive working relationship with the client.
    
  
  
  • Leads project management team and is responsible for all aspects of successful project execution including meeting all schedule cost and quality requirements.
    
  
  
  • Identifies the project management team structure key positions within the project and the necessary resources required for successful project execution.
    
  
  
  • Reports to client and company on all aspects of current project status via monthlyother progress reports
    
    
    
    
    Required Competencies Skills Experience
    
    

    
    
    • International experience in managing large multicultural multidisciplinary engineeringconstruction teams outside of his own country
      
    
    
    • Experience in delivering utility projects power water wastewater from conception through to construction
      
    
    
    • Must have the ability to effectively co ordinate the efforts of all project personnel.
      
    
    
    • Selfstarter with demonstrable leadership skills and be able to motivate all project personnel and work under remote management.
      
    
    
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills reading writing speaking listening presenting in the English Language.
