Manage and coordinate production maintenance R D and quality control activities

Review production schedules for all manufacturing departments to insure inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible.

Plan organize and manage all manufacturing operations maintenance and the effective use of manpower.

Develop and implement quality control systems

Analyze production quality control and maintenance reports to detect production gaps

Monitor daily work flow and review work methods and procedures

Review and submit monthly reports and KPI’s

Review and provide feedback on plant costs and expenses

Conduct weekly monthly meetings with the factory staff to discuss progress status and identify issues obstacles and potential risks.

Ensure effective communication and coordination among the factory staff.

Develop an effective training plan for all departments and ensure its execution.

Ensure continuous improvement of the factory

Follow up and solve administrative and legal issues that might occur

Develop and implement cost effective systems of control over capital operating expenditures and manpower cost.

Ensure that the waste removal process is done timely and effectively.
