ABOUT THIS JOB
Mobility Specialists are Hiring amp Onboarding professionals responsible for delivery of the flawless execution of advice guidance and the management of transactions and relationships associated with the offer and relocation process for International Assignees and Rotators including ongoing assignment lifecycle responsibilities.
The Mobility Team Lead plays a vital role in managing all aspects of Hiring amp Onboarding delivery as well as creating longterm relationships with Hiring Managers Candidates Recruitment and Process Specialists with whom they will collaborate to ensure effective operational delivery. The Mobility Team Lead will act as a primary point of contact for the management and delivery of mobility cases within the agreed timeframes and satisfaction levels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESACCOUNTABILITIES
The key accountabilities of the Mobility Team Lead is to manage and develop the work of their team in all aspects relating to process management and operational execution including incident management and escalation continual service improvement and customer satisfaction associated with the preparation and communication of assignment costings offers and the complete assignment lifecycle management for International Assignees and their families and Rotators.
Key responsibilities
Act as the single point of accountability for the endtoend offer and assignment management processes for all International Assignees and Rotators.
Review all new HOB cases to assess and determine the complexity of each case and assign as appropriate delegated to a Mobility Specialist handled personally or escalate for resolution by the Global Mobility Center of Excellence.
Manage develop and provide direction and guidance on work product deliverables for their team including instruction and guidance in applying appropriate assignment and rotator policies to minimize the number of exceptions created during the HOB offer and acceptance process.
Ongoing management of the Mobility Specialists who will act as the single point of contact for all International Assignees and Rotators subsequent to the specified Hiring amp Onboarding activities through to twoyears postrepatriation onassignment lifecycle management.
Deliver the offer and relocation process outcomes for all identified hiring and managed movements of International Assignees and Rotator positions in line with business priorities using established global processes.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONSREQUIREMENTS
- Established and proven background within a Mobility LeadSpecialist function
- Expert knowledge within the field of mobility taking ownership and driving key business strategies forward
- Strong communication and influencing abilities
- Detail and fact oriented
- Proven track record working within complex mobility function and leading others
- Degree educated andor equivalent experience
