Marketing Officer

Job Purpose

The Marketing Officer will work on managing planning executing and evaluating all marketing and marketing communications tasks needed by QCF such as advertising campaigns branding campaigns creative and design tasks client servicing media reservations scope of works contact status reports critical paths and timelines etc. while having to deal closely with other team members and vendors if needed.



KEY RESULT AREAS

• Devise the QCF marketing plan and works on translating it to actionable and effective actions so that the QCF vision mission and goals materialize through an effective marketing approach

• Oversee the implementation of these actions in order to ensure the theoretical frame of work is complemented by a practical one

• Provide all sorts of marketing support services to the whole QCF team to meet the QCF needs on the event’s level and the centre’s level.

• Provide clear marketing guidance to other team members whenever needed to help them perform their responsibilities in a sound manner

• Supervise the marketing services suppliers’ work to ensure the outcome meets the intended quality

• Coordinate closely with the marketing manager to make sure heshe is aware and briefed about all developments which would enable himher to make sound decisions

• Liaise with different internal and external stakeholders to guarantee that the event and the centre are adequately serviced from a marketing perspective

• Ensure all exhibitors’ packages and sponsors’ packages are marketed and sold properly in order to secure adequate income for QCF

المهارات

Knowledge Skills amp Experience

• . . or higher degree in Marketing Business Management Event Management Equivalent

• 3 years and above of experience in a similar role

• Previous exposure to highly demanding administrative tasks in a leading company

• Excellent MS Office and communication skills

• Very good English Language skills spoken and written

• Great ability to deal with and work under pressure
