The advanced level is distinguished by additional specialized knowledge in breadth andor depth as well as record of success in sales. Recognized as a highly skilled member of the team. Essential Responsibilities Assigned to large complex high visibility strategic or tactically important accounts. Typically 38 years sales experience or graduate of a Commercial Leadership development program.• Develop relationship with existing accounts and meet quarterly operating plan as assigned.• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of IT and GEHC and competitive products • Develop quota attainment business plan andor account penetration strategies for key target accounts and provide management with a quarterly report of progress • Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with all key buying influences in each account including multiple levels within the customer's organization including front desk person office manager administrator physician and C suite. • Maintain complete knowledge of each account's current and longterm purchase plans and objectives keeping management informed of all changes in plans objectives and key buying influences • Consistently delivers solutions that are highly valued by the customer and GE Healthcare and are considered high impact complex and strategic by both. • Overachieve designated targets that may include Account retention revenue Account acquisition revenue Net promoter score • Maintain satisfactory aftersale relationships and development of longterm customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needsQuality Specific Goals• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual Quality Management System Quality Management Policy Quality Goals and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job typeposition• Complete all planned Quality Compliance training within the defined deadlines• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required• Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and AntiCompetition Policies including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines NEMA Regulations etc. and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US Int’l Law is broken. • Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies GE Healthcare Fleet Rules etc. and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US Int’l Law is broken • Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs.• Drive continuous improvement on all related processes work instructions and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System. QualificationsRequirements • Candidates must have one of the following Bachelor's degree and four years of sales andor sales management experience or a minimum of five years senior account management experience• Minimum of four years experience working in a complex sales environment where multiple people are involved in the purchasing decision • Willingness to live in sales territory • Willingness to travel within territory and to sales meetings and tradeshows Preferred Qualifications• Proficiency in Strategic Selling principles and tools • Experience selling software solutions into the healthcare environment at the executive level • Knowledge of GE Healthcare software solutions • Business competency in fullline solutions • Demonstrated aptitude and success in fostering solid valuebased physician relationships • Intellectual capacity to interpret trends and data translating the information into actions and improvements • Robust interpersonal skills with evidence of teamwork and collaboration • Exceptional written and verbal communication s more...
