Financial Controller

Job Description The Financial Controller will have overall responsibility for preparation of all financial reporting budgetary planning and forecasting cash management responsibility for all internal financial systems and controls as well as external financial regulatory compliance.The responsibilities of this position are• Management of the KSA finance function and overseeing the finance team• Overseeing and consolidating the preparation of budgets forecasts and cashflows• Review of balance sheet• Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes• Preparation of monthly consolidated PL and Balance Sheet• Timely production of statutory internal financial reports and Group reporting as required• Cash Management and treasury duties• Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained in line with Group and statutory requirements• Managing relationships with external contacts e.g. Bank Auditors• Due diligence on all suppliers• Responsible for reporting to UK Finance Headquarters• Work with the Group Financial Controller to ensure systems controls and reporting is in line with Group requirements• Ad hoc duties as requiredThe requirements of the Finance Controller would be• Recognised Accountancy Qualification• Excellent communicator English both written and oral with a proven ability to communicate effectively with senior management and nonfinance personnel• Team player and a good leader• Results and task orientated• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines• Attention to detail honest and trustworthy• Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment and to react with discretion under varying conditions• Ability to analyse financial data and to prepare accurate reports in a timely fashion• Strong Microsoft excel skillsThe salary for this position is between 6000 to 8000 per month you receive housing a medical package and 30 days annual leave.Key Skills FinanceAccountingControllerAbout Company m2r Education more...
