• Answer incoming telephone calls determine purpose of call and forward calls to concerned personnel or department or take relay message whenever necessary.

• Answer inquiries about the company within the scope that does not contradict with the confidentiality policy of the company such as location map office opening hours etc.

• Welcome onsite visitor determine nature of business and announces visitors to concerned personnel.

• Receive sort and route incoming mails emails faxes or any other documentation.

• Monitor and maintain office equipment and report for any maintenance needed.

• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.

• Compose letters documentations announcements whenever requested by senior associates.

• Develop and maintain an accurate filing system.

• Organize meeting room bookings.

• Act a a focal instructor point for the driver and office boy

• Perform other clerical duties such as photocopying scanning and collating.

• Secure confidential information of the company and its client.

Providing administrative support to other departments

Maintaining records management and document control system in order to ensure proper documentation

Prepare and manage correspondences reports and documents

Receive sort out and send mails for and from other departments

Make sure that documents are done and filed according to company's filing standard
