Job Description

Parsons Brinckerhoff was selected by Ashghal to provide program management consultant PMC services for what is expected to be more than 200 local road and drainage infrastructure projects to be implemented throughout the country over a period of five to seven years. Five general engineering consultants GECs have been selected to design tender and supervise construction of the projects under Parsons Brinckerhoffrsquos supervision.

As such we are recruiting for a Specialist Drainage Design and Liaison Engineer to provide technical and managerial support to the Programme Design Manager and the Drainage design review Team Job Requirements

To be considered for the role you would have to have atleast 20 years of experience and extensive background on design and review for major drainage and sewerage works such as

bull New surface water sewerage systems by both open cut and deep tunnels surface water detention tanks pumping stations borehole well injection systems and evaporation basins. bull Ground water control systems bull Foul sewerage systems comprising open cut pipelines deep tunnels and large pumping stations. bull Treated sewage effluent and recycled water irrigation systems.

You will also be liaising with different government agencies so ARABIC speakers are preferred.
