Job Skills Answer all incoming phone calls in a polite businesslike manner. Monitors actions and implements all confirmations of bookings Implements actions and manages all aspects of the online booking system Train other associates on the tee time system. Assures that effective orientation and training are given to each new associate. Develops ongoing training programs Enters and ensures all customer information and data capture into the appropriate areas Enters and ensures all customer information and data capture into the appropriate areas Reports necessary tee time information to various departments. Manages rates and maximizes utilization with the tee sheet related to course occupancy Assist with various administrative duties such as document preparation mailings packages typing minute taking and other operational tasks as assigned. Overall assists department with administrative duties. When applicable moves bookings to slow areas to further maximize revenue.
